Order Cancellation

Due to the consumable nature of wellness and nutritional products, orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Customers must contact the support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Each case will be reviewed and an appropriate resolution will be provided.
